By accessing FlatCreators you agree to use the platform lawfully and in line with these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

FlatCreators is a digital marketplace that connects buyers with independent creators. Creators are responsible for the products they list.

Buyers must provide accurate billing and email information, pay for purchases, and use purchased files within the license terms.

Creators must list accurate descriptions, deliver promised files, hold required rights, and cooperate with buyer support and refund processes.

All listings must accurately describe contents, file types, license terms, and delivery method.

Creators set product prices in USD. FlatCreators may adjust availability of listings that violate platform rules.

Orders are processed through approved payment methods. Receipts are issued by email upon successful payment.

Delivery is made by download link or platform access. See the Digital Delivery Policy for details.

Purchasers receive a license to use the file under the terms shown on the product page. Sub-licensing or resale is not permitted unless explicitly allowed.

Buyers must not share, resell, or redistribute purchased files publicly.

See the Refund Policy. Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered.

Creators must not upload illegal, infringing, harmful, or misleading content.

Creators retain ownership of their content. FlatCreators receives a limited license to host and display listings on the platform.

Copyright owners may submit takedown requests via the Copyright & Takedown Policy.

Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or removed.

FlatCreators is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

FlatCreators is operated by FLATIRON SOLUTIONS LIMITED, Central Kampala, Uganda.
