Respect for intellectual property
FlatCreators respects intellectual property rights and expects all platform users to do the same.
Creator obligations
Creators must only upload content they own or are authorized to sell.
Buyer restrictions
Buyers may not redistribute purchased files unless the license terms allow it.
Submitting a takedown request
Copyright owners may submit a takedown request that includes:
- Details of the disputed content (URL or listing ID)
- A clear ownership claim
- Contact details
- Supporting evidence of ownership
Our response
FlatCreators may remove or restrict content while reviewing valid complaints and may suspend repeat infringers.
