Generally non-refundable
Once download links, files, or access instructions have been delivered, purchases are generally non-refundable.
When a refund may be considered
- Duplicate payments for the same product
- Failed digital delivery
- Corrupted or unusable files that cannot be replaced
- Unresolved technical access issues
Creator and service fees
Creator setup or platform service fees may be non-refundable once work has started.
How to request a refund
